Glendale Medical Centre is part of Hayes & Harlington Collaborative Primary Care Network. HH Collaborative PCN is a group of 8 GP practices dedicated to excellence and compassion with a shared mission of closing the life expectancy gap between the North and South of Hillingdon.

Mission Statement

Meet our Team

Our clinical team includes GPs, Practice Nurses, Healthcare Assistants and a Phlebotomist

The Reception Team look after patients, their appointments, prescriptions and all the stuff that flies around - a massive amount of administration involved in running a busy practice and this includes a backroom team of Administrators to handle the huge influx of correspondence and data each day.

Friends and Family Test

The NHS Friends and Family Test (FFT) was created to help service providers and commissioners understand whether patients are happy with the service provided, or where improvements are needed. It's a quick and anonymous way to give your views after receiving NHS care or treatment.

The GP Patient Survey is an independent survey run by Ipsos MORI on behalf of NHS England. The survey is sent out to over two million people across England. The results show how people feel about their GP practice.
